Recently, one of my email accounts wasn't sending messages.  I submitted a contact form to the help desk three times and got an auto-responder, but nothing changed.  There was no way to get a human being on the line and no way to know if the problem was being worked on.  

 

So, I started using my other email accounts and ultimately decided to cancel my other account due to my frustration.  

 

Sure, it's great to have systems in place to streamline the handling of everyday issues, but sometimes, if you just want to make that call...
